Who are you? What is your job?
Hi, my name is Antoine Rouillon, Paatcher for 2 years and I am evolving as a Product Manager for an app that rewards your online purchases.
Where (TV) do you work from most often? (city? campaign? from home? coworking space?) How often remotely?
Currently SBF (Without a fixed office), I decided to leave Paris after the Covid crisis to experience a more “nomadic” life.
“5%”: It's my time spent in the Paris office to participate in workshops, and see colleagues (👋 hello iGraalLinks if you see this message).
What advantages do you see in teleworking?
“1 second”: This is the time I need to switch from “work” mode to “personal life” mode.
Based on this observation, the calculations are simple:
- Working remotely in a climbing gym = 1 second to do sports.
- Working from home = 1 second to go see my friends.
- Teleworking in the mountains = 1 second to be in nature.
- ...
What are the disadvantages? What do you do to avoid them?
Isolation:
The lack of social interactions can be a disadvantage, but that's why Paatch exists 🤗
The frame:
To avoid falling into the dark side of teleworking, you should not hesitate to take care of your workspace. For my part, I prefer the classic combo: desk + double screens + comfortable chair.
What are your 3 tips for someone starting to work from home?
1/ Start teleworking gradually.
2/ Meet and exchange with other remote workers.
3/ Find a balance that suits you between TT/office.
